Free access to Birth records : My Heritage : 10-16 July 2020

July 10, 2020

My Heritage is offering free access to all its birth records from 10-16 July 2020.

Births are, of course, vital records and they frequently contain additional information beyond the parents' names.  Details could include their dates and places of birth, religion, occupation, names and ages of other children born previously.

My Heritage claims to have  more than 1 billion birth records in its system.  Certainly it has collections from many different countries all around the world including the UK, Australia, Canada New Zealand, USA, Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Peru and Russia to name a few.

Click here for the correct landing page on the My Heritage site. As usual, if you don't already have an account, you will need to create one.

While you're there, don't forget to try out My Heritage's two outstanding photographic tools, Colourizing and Photo Enhancer.  For more information on these tools, see my recent blog posts on these topics.

Don't forget to share the love and tell your fellow genealogists about this Online and Free opportunity, but you need to be quick as it lasts for less than a week.

Happy ancestor hunting!
