Q.        I can't afford to purchase one of your major packages.  Can I engage you to do say, 10 hours work on a particular aspect of my family history?

 

A.        Certainly.  I pride myself on tailoring my services to meet the client’s needs including breaking it down into logical and affordable chunks.

 

 

Q.         Do you accept clients from outside Australia?
 

A.          Yes.  I welcome clients from interstate and overseas. 

 

 

Q.          Can you give a talk to my community group about family history? 

 

A.          Yes.  I would be very happy to do that.  Please call me or send an email with the details including the preferred date/s and whether you have a particular aspect of family history you would like me to discuss. 

 

Q.          Can I pay by credit card?

 

A.          Yes. I can send you an invoice via Paypal and you can pay with your credit card.  You do not need an account with Paypal to pay the invoice.

 

Q.          Can I pay you in installments?

 

A.          Yes.  Provided the invoice is paid in full by the time I finish the work for you.  I retain the right not to release the research until the amount is fully paid.
